I can’t believe I get to do this for a living. I love getting to know this community and getting more and more passionate about teaching the Word. God is doing something unbelievable here and I can’t wait to see how He lets us get on board.
- I’ve continued to hear people’s stories. I love this place and these people. Thank you God for this calling.
- I get to preach the Word at Southwoods Christian Church on February 28. I can’t contain it. I want to share the Word with His church. I might be a little wound up that day.
- Reed scored his first basket in Upward Basketball on Saturday. That was so fun. He threw his hands in the air to celebrate. What a blast!!!
- On Sunday night we studied John 3:22-36. It could change your life if you let it.
- I was blown away in worship on Saturday Night. What a wonderful service we shared at WFC. I have decided I love the song “God of This City.”
- I’ve never attended worship on Saturday night and not gone to church Sunday morning. That was really different.
- In John 3 we see that good things were happening. Bad things could have happened when someone tried to stir things up. (John 3:22-26)
- John the Baptist was a stud that welcomed his popularity dropping so that Christ’s could rise. He knew he was living out God’s story, not his own. (John 3:27-36)
- How can you decrease so that God can increase? (John 3:30)
- We did our first experimental broadcast on Sunday Night during our 33 Home. How weird and cool was that?
- We have a lot more to learn about the broadcast stuff. We’re making progress.
- Today was my first day working with Jess Hinton on staff. This is going to be a great team.
- Jess Hinton is an example of faith. She’s dreaming of future while feeling extremely uncertain of where God’s leading her next. Wow, she’s such an incredible addition to our team. Watch out Olathe! Here she comes!!!
