unclear vision = packed ministry calendar
packed ministry calendar = volunteer burnout
more announcements = less ministry engagement
more ministries = more announcements
fewer people inviting friends = smaller crowds
lack of added value = fewer people inviting friends
fewer constraints = less creativity
same methods = same results
In addition, pray for Matt Chandler. He’s a pastor of a great church down in the Dallas area. Last week he had a seizure and was rushed to the hospital. The discovered a mass on his frontal lobe. On Tuesday they decided he needs surgery on Friday this week. Keep Matt, his family, and the their church in your prayers.
Gotta say, I agree with a good chunk of that list.
